GENERAL REQUIREMENTSContract • August 2nd, 2022
This is an indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract, with pre- established fixed price unit prices. The actual amount of work to be performed and the time of such performance will be determined by the Contracting Officer or his/her authorized representative, who will issue Task Orders and/or Task Order Requests for Proposals. Award of Task Orders will be on a firm-fixed price basis. The resultant contract will include a base year with up to 4 optional years, or a maximum of the amount of this Contract Line Item Number (CLIN), whichever comes first.
