This COOPERATION AGREEMENT (Loan Agreement pursuant to Health & Safety Code Section 34173(h)) (“Agreement”) is entered into as of February 5, 2013 (“Date of Agreement”) by and between the CITY OF ANAHEIM, a California municipal corporation (“City”), and the SUCCESSOR AGENCY TO THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
