INSURANCE. Until all obligations under this Agreement or any Order are satisfied, and without limiting Contractor’s indemnification obligations under the Indemnification section of this Agreement, Contractor shall provide and maintain the insurance policies set forth below. All insurance required shall be provided by insurers with a rating of not less than A-VII from AM Best or a comparable rating agency. Contractor shall also cause each of its Subcontractors to comply with all requirements in this Section.
