As part of Provider’s obligations under this Agreement, Provider shall comply, and shall contractually require all individuals and entities performing functions or services on Provider’s behalf related to this Exhibit (Provider’s “Subcontractors”) to comply, with the requirements set forth in this Exhibit [XX] with respect to the provision of Covered Services (for purposes of this Exhibit, “Covered Services” means those medically necessary health care services and items that are covered by Medicare Parts A and/or B) to Medicare beneficiaries (“Covered Persons”) under this Agreement.
