This document describes the computer, devices, informational, and network resources made available by the Santa Cruz County Office of Education (Santa Cruz COE) and each employee's responsibilities and obligations in the use of these resources. This Agreement applies to all employees of the Santa Cruz COE, independent contractors, temporary workers and all other individuals using Santa Cruz COE electronic information resources. All Santa Cruz COE·employees are required to read and sign acknowledgement of this Agreement on an annual basis and when beginning employment.
