THIS AGREEMENT made this day of July, 2009, by and among LINCOLN COUNTY, a body corporate and politic (hereinafter, the “County”), EAST LINCOLN RESCUE SQUAD, INC. (hereinafter, “ELRS”), a North Carolina nonprofit corporation, and DENVER LAKE NORMAN ROTARY CLUB FOUNDATION, INC. (hereinafter, the “Foundation”), a North Carolina nonprofit corporation.
