SAP CLOUD SERVICES MASTER AGREEMENT FOR BUSINESS PROCESS OUTSOURCING The parties agree that their contractual relationship shall be governed by the terms and conditions set forth below as well as all applicable exhibits, schedules, amendments or addenda attached hereto or to any Order Form or referenced herein or in the Order Form as part of the agreed terms, all of which are made an integral part hereof (collectively referred to herein as the “Agreement”). 1.
