Jefferson, Junction City, KS 66441, and Twin Valley Communications, Inc., a Kansas corporation, with offices at 22 W. Spruce St., Miltonvale, KS 67466, (“Customer”). JC and Customer are collectively referred to herein as “Parties” and individually as a “Party.”
