Memberships provide an increasingly lower hourly rate. The Tenant agrees to a minimum 4- month membership, paid on a monthly basis, renewable upon agreement of both parties. The Tenant can cancel said agreement, after the 1st month, as long as a 30-day notice is provided. The Tenant is required to include cleaning time during the hours booked.
