The Minister of National Defence of the Portuguese Republic, hereinafter referred to as Host Nation, and the European Defence Agency, hereinafter referred to as Agency, the Minister of Defence of the Kingdom of Belgium, the Federal Ministry of Defence of the Federal Republic of Germany, the Minister of Defence of the Republic of Hungary, the Minister of Defence of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Slovenia, hereinafter referred to as Sending Nations, and all together hereinafter referred to as Participants;
