SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT AND RELEASESettlement Agreement • June 12th, 2022
This Settlement Agreement and Release (“Agreement”) is entered into this 13th day of June, 2022, between the State of Florida, Department of Transportation, an agency of the State of Florida (the "Department"), and UMB Bank, National Association, in its capacity as Successor Trustee of the Santa Rosa Bay Bridge Authority (Florida) Revenue Bonds, Series 1996 (the “Trustee”). As set forth in paragraph 3 below, this Agreement shall become legally effective immediately upon the approval of the Agreement by the State of Florida Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”). The “Effective Date” for purposes hereof shall be June 15, 2022, provided the CFO has approved the Agreement on or before such date. The Department shall immediately notify the Trustee in writing if and when such approval is obtained from the CFO.
