This License Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into this day of (the “Effective Date”) by and between WebMax Comunications, LLC, a New Jersey corporation having its principal place of business at 900 Route 168, unit F1 in Turnersville, NJ 08012 (“WebMax”) and
