This MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING is made and entered into on this day, April 18, 2013, at Lebanon, Kentucky BY and BETWEEN authorized Management representatives of the UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE, hereinafter the Employer, and BRANCH 14, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF LETTER CARRIERS, hereinafter the Union, pursuant to the Local Implementation Provision of the 2011 Working Agreement.
