This Agreement for Services (―Agreement‖) is made by and between the Austin Independent School District, hereinafter referred to as ―AISD,‖ 1111 West 6th Street, Austin, Texas, and Responsive Education Solutions hereinafter referred to as ―ResponsiveEd‖, a Texas not-for-profit 510(c) (3) whose business address is PO Box 292730, Lewisville, Texas. ResponsiveEd will operate under a contract for educational services in a charter school setting (the ―School‖) within AISD. ResponsiveEd and AISD are also herein referred to collectively as the ―Parties.‖
