Thank you for completing your reservation for the Conference Center via Workspeed. To prepare for your event, please complete, sign, and email this form to sbatista@sterlingbay.com OR return it to the Building Management Office at least two business days prior to the reservation date. If your form is not submitted by then, the Building is at no fault if the room’s furniture and technological amenities are not configured to your preference when you arrive on the date of your reservation. Non-Tenant Users must also complete and return a Hold-Harmless & Indemnification Agreement.
