These General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Delivery of Schoeller Allibert SIA ("Supplier") apply to and form an integral part of every quotation, offer, acceptance, confirmation and agreement concerning the sale and/or deliveryof goods and services ("Products") by the Supplier to third parties ("Customer").1.2. The applicability of any general purchasing or other conditions of the Customer is herebyexpressly rejected.1.3. Deviations from and additions to these General Terms and Conditions are only binding if they havebeen agreed between the Parties expressly and in writing.1.4.
