THIS ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT ("Agreement") is made and entered into this _16th day of September, 2019 (“Effective Date”) by and among the City of Fishers, Hamilton County, Indiana, an Indiana municipal corporation ("City"), City of Fishers Redevelopment Commission, a commission authorized and existing pursuant to Ind. Code § 36-7- 14 et. seq. ("FRC"), the Fishers Town Hall Building corporation, an Indiana not-for-profit corporation organized, existing and operating pursuant to Ind. Code §§ 23-7-1.1 and 36-7-14- 12.2(a)(25) (“Bldg. Corporation”), and Sitel Operating Corporation, a Delaware Corporation (“Corporation”), as follows:
