RSA® Conference 2020 (“RSA Conference”) will take place at the Moscone Center in San Francisco, California (the “Venue”) on February 24-28,2020. This Sponsorship/Exhibitor Contract, including the terms and conditions attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference (collectively the “Contract”), is made by and between RSA Security LLC (“RSA Conference Organizer”), located at 174 Middlesex Turnpike, Bedford, MA., and the company identified below (”Company”). Upon execution of this Contract, Company agrees to pay the fees set forth below (“Total Fee”) in full subject to the Terms and Conditions attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
