PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES AGREEMENT FOR COMMISSIONING AT DEPARTMENT OF STATE HEALTH SERVICESProfessional Services • May 4th, 2017 • Texas
The Texas Facilities Commission (hereinafter referred to as TFC), a state agency located at 1711 San Jacinto Boulevard, Austin, Texas 78701, as Owner (as defined in 2015 Uniform General Conditions, Section 1.28) and Stanley Consultants, Inc., (hereinafter referred to as “Commissioning Agent,” or "CxA"), located at 6836 Austin Center Boulevard, Suite 350, Austin, Texas 78731, enter into the following agreement for professional engineering services (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) pursuant to the Professional Services Procurement Act, Tex. Gov’t Code Ann. Ch. 2254, Subchapter. A, to be effective as of the Effective Date (as defined below).
