The Health Services Agency (HSA) has been working on a master plan to move data systems operations off the old legacy system (Costar) and onto new systems that will be more efficient, up-to-date and with software maintained by outside vendors. As previously reported to your Board on various dates, HSA has replaced the Clinic’s management (billing) system with EPIC software and replaced the Laboratory’s system with Orchard Software.
