This contract must be filled out completely and signed by an owner of your firm. There are no exceptions. Once you have filled it out and signed it, fax to 270-658-3955 email to pat.reed.mls@gmail.com or mail it to Western Kentucky Regional MLS, P.O. Box 492, Mayfield, KY 42066. WKRMLS will sign the contract and return a copy to you with information on how to access the data feed.
