This SAAS Subscription Agreement (“Agreement”), dated as of the Effective Date, governs the use by Customer of the master controllers, and other equipment, parts and supplies (collectively, the “SAAS System”), and the services provided by Service Provider in connection with the SAAS System (the “SAAS Services”). This Agreement includes (1) each Order Form that provides the type, quantity and payment terms for the Products purchased from Service Provider and the SAAS Services, (2) the Terms of Purchase and Use found at www.credentialprotection.com as in effect from time to time, and (3) the Pre-Deployment Checklist executed by the parties. In the event of conflict among terms, the order of priority shall be the Order Forms and this Agreement.
