Campbell, Jr. (“Campbell”) and Mark P. Castiglione (collectively with Limbacher and Campbell, the “Consultants”), and Meridian Energy LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Meridian”) effective September 9, 2019 (the “Restatement Effective Date”). The Company, Meridian and each Consultant are referred to individually herein as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
