This Mobile Deposit Capture Services Disclosure and Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of Mobile Deposit Capture Services (“MDC”, “MDC Services” or “Services”) offered by Neighbors Federal Credit Union (“Credit Union”, “NFCU”, “we”, “us”, “our”) to accountholders (“you”, “your” or “user”). By clicking “I Agree” when you register for our MDC Services and/or by using the MDC Services, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
