Go Gadabout, LLC (“Gadabout”) has created this Beta Agreement (“Agreement”) to set forth terms and conditions under which Gadabout and you (the “Licensee”) agree to undertake a cooperative effort to test and use a pre-release, version of the Gadabout mobile application (“Beta Software”) which may contain bugs, defects, and other errors and may not function fully. This Agreement is effective as of the date you click accept (“Effective Date”). Any questions regarding this policy should be directed by email to privacy@gadabout.io.By clicking accept, Licensee acknowledges that it has read, understands, and agrees to the terms of this Agreement.
