You (the "Broker") have advised Encore Realty Group ("Agent") that you wish to register a client with respect to the potential purchase of the Properties. The Agent has been retained on an exclusive basis by The Leibsohn Family Trust (the "Owner") with respect to the offering for sale of the Properties. The Owner has indicated that all inquiries and communications with respect to the contemplated sale of such Properties be directed to the Agent. All fees due the Agent in connection with the sale of the Properties shall be paid by the Owner.
