Fire Station 27 Generator Replacement (the “Contract”) is entered between the Village of Buffalo Grove (hereinafter the “Village” or “Owner”), an Illinois home-rule unit of government, and Kellenberger Electric (hereinafter the “Contractor”) on this 15th day of April, 2024 (the “Effective Date”). The Village and the Contractor are hereinafter sometimes collectively referred to as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party”.
