These Client Terms and Conditions (the "Terms) are between VENTURE.co Services, LLC ("VENTURE.co", “we”, “us” “our” or “ours”) and the organization agreeing to these Terms ("Client" “you”, or “yours”). By signing an Order Form (defined below) with VENTURE.co, Client agrees to comply with and be bound by these Terms. These Terms, together with any Order Form(s), constitutes the entire agreement between VENTURE.co and Client (the “Agreement”). VENTURE.co reserves the right to revise these Terms from time to time, which will be updated at https://venture.co/legal/client-terms-and-conditions. Any changes will be effective upon posting the revised version of these Terms.
