THIS AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is effective on the 1st day of July, 2022 (the “Effective Date”) by and between the CITY OF POMONA, a Municipal Corporation (the “CITY”) and the DOWNTOWN POMONA OWNERS’ ASSOCIATION, a Non-Profit Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the “DPOA”), collectively hereinafter referred to as the “PARTIES.”
