For purposes of this Addendum, the State is referred to as “Covered Entity” or “CE” and the Contractor is referred to as “Associate”. Unless the context clearly requires a distinction between the Contract document and this Addendum, all references herein to “the Contract” or “this Contract” include this Addendum.
