THIS MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (hereinafter referred to as “MOU”) entered into this day of , 2022, by and between the Board of Education of Calvert County, a body politic and corporate of the State of Maryland, (hereinafter referred to as the “BOE”) and the County Commissioners of Calvert County, Maryland (hereinafter referred to as the “County”), a body corporate and politic, by and through its Department of Parks and Recreation (hereinafter referred to as “CCPR”). Throughout this MOU, the BOE and the County may also be referred to as a party or parties to this MOU. The term of this MOU is effective from through August 31, 2027 and may be renewed for an additional years under terms and conditions agreed upon by the parties.
