This Amended Settlement Agreement and Releases (“Settlement” or “Agreement”)1, dated as of December 5, 2023, is entered into by Plaintiff, Maureen Harrold, individually and on behalf of the Settlement Class, and Defendant, U.S. Bank National Association as successor in interest to MUFG Union Bank, National Association. The Parties hereby agree to the following terms in full settlement of the Action, subject to Final Approval by the Superior Court for the State of California.
