THIS AGREEMENT for the development of a joint county industrial and business park to be located within Anderson County is made and entered into as of [_ ], 2014 (the “Execution Date”), but with an effective date of the day after the Termination Date (as defined below) (the “Effective Date”) by and between Anderson County, South Carolina (“Anderson County”) and Greenville County, South Carolina (“Greenville County”).
