MASTER SOFTWARE LICENCE AND SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT CONTRAT CADRE DE LICENCE ET D’ABONNEMENT This Master Software Licence and Subscription Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made by and between AvePoint Deutschland GmbH dba AvePoint France, a French branch with offices at 24-32 Boulevard Gallieni, 92130 Issy-les- Moulineaux, France (“AvePoint”) including if and where applicable its Affiliates (as defined below), and your com- pany or entity (“Customer”), for use of certain of Ave- Point’s Services and/or Products (“Solutions”). Each party hereto shall be referred to as “Party”; collectively, the “Parties”.
