THIS AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into October 18, 2022 (the “Effective Date”), by and between the County of Merced, a political subdivision of the State of California (hereinafter referred to as “County”), and Hilmar Dairy Biogas LLC, a California limited liability corporation, 500 North Akard Street, Suite 1500, Dallas, Texas 75201 (hereinafter referred to as “Licensee”), collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
