THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into this 10th day of April, 2023, by and between CITY OF SALEM, in Salem, South Dakota, hereinafter referred to as “Assignor”, and AAA COLLECTIONS, INC., a South Dakota corporation, with its principal place of business in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, hereinafter referred to as “Assignee.” This Agreement revokes and supersedes all prior agreements between the parties.
