The following User Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of the “Nando’s FireStarters online community panel” ("Website"), including without limitation and, where applicable, participation in its surveys, bulletin boards, forums, chats, and all other areas (except to the extent stated otherwise on a specific page) managed by IQbusiness insights (Pty) ltd. (IQbusiness park, No.3 3rd Ave, Rivonia, Sandton, Johannesburg, South Africa) (“THE CLIENT”) and powered by Alida (UK) Limited (17 Hatfields, 2nd Floor, London, England, SE1, 8DJ, United Kingdom) ("Service Provider," “we,” or “our”), on behalf of IQbusiness insights (Pty) ltd ("THE CLIENT").
