THIS CONTRACT is made and entered into by and between the STATE OF CALIFORNIA, acting through its Department of Parks and Recreation, hereinafter referred to as "State", and Armstrong Racing LLC of Gardnerville, NV, hereinafter referred to as "Concessionaire";
