CONTRACT: This Contract is composed of Contractor’s Purchase Order, any written change order and these Terms and Conditions. Furthermore, Subcontractor agrees to be bound by the terms of any and all agreements Contractor has with its customers and Subcontractor agrees to be bound to Contractor in the same manner and to the same extent as Contractor is bound to its customers. Subcontractor is entitled to review any such contract documents that are on file in Contractor’s office. Failure of Subcontractor to examine the documents shall not relieve Subcontractor of any obligation contained therein.
