This Agreement (“Agreement”) shall be deemed effective upon approval by the Commission (the “Effective Date”), between McDonald County Telephone Company (“ILEC”), a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Missouri, with offices at 704 Main Street, Pineville, MO 64856 and Level 3 Communications, LLC (“CLEC”), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Delaware with offices at 1025 Eldorado Blvd., Broomfield, CO 80021. (ILEC and CLEC may be referred to hereinafter, each, individually as a “Party,” and, collectively, as the “Parties”).
