Minerva Martinez, Sandra Scott, Carl Graham, Anne Parys and David Ortiz (“Altima Plaintiffs”), and Sean Chambers and Tiffany James (“Sentra-Versa Plaintiffs”) (collectively referred to herein as “Plaintiffs”) and Nissan North America, Inc. (“NNA”) (collectively, Plaintiffs and NNA are referred to herein as the “Parties”), by and through their counsel of record, enter into this Settlement Agreement, providing for settlement of all claims asserted or which could have been asserted in the putative class action lawsuit described below relating to the Class Vehicles defined below, pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth below, and subject to the approval of the Court, as described below.
