This Cooperative Agreement (“Agreement”) is made by and between the Round Valley Fire and Medical Department hereinafter referred to as the Cooperator, and the State Forester (collectively the “Parties”). This Agreement supersedes all previous Memorandums of Understanding and Cooperative Intergovernmental Agreements and will become effective upon the final signature.
