This Agreement for Operation, Maintenance, Engineering, and Water Quality Monitoring Services (the “Agreement” and/or “Contract”) is made and entered into this 20th day of February, 2018, by and between the CITY OF SALINAS, a California Charter city and municipal corporation (hereinafter “City”), and MONTEREY ONE WATER, a Joint Powers Authority, (hereinafter “Agency”).
