This Agreement is subject to the laws of the United States of America and the State of Minnesota. To the extent that the laws of another state may apply, you agree that the State of Minnesota shall have jurisdiction. If any provision of the Agreement is found to be unenforceable according to its terms, all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
