The competitiveness and position of MS-Schramberg on the world market is decisively determined by the quality of our products. The impeccable quality and reliability of the products and services (hereinafter re- ferred to as "contractual products") thus have a direct influence on the quality of the products of MS- Schramberg. The conclusion of this quality assurance agreement is intended to form the binding base and framework of the technical and organisational terms between MS-Schramberg and the supplier in order to achieve the common target of "zero-defects".
