This Reseller Agreement (“Agreement”) is made by and between ForgeRock US, Inc. (“ForgeRock”), a Delaware corporation having offices at 201 Mission Street, Suite 2900, San Francisco, CA 94105 and the entity that has licensed from ForgeRock products and services (“Reseller”). This Agreement shall become effective upon the date last executed below (the “Agreement Effective Date”).
