This agreement is entered into by and between the City of Columbia, Missouri, a municipal corporation (hereinafter “City”) and The Curators of the University of Missouri, a public corporation of the State of Missouri, on behalf of the Office of Social and Economic Data Analysis (hereinafter “Provider”), effective as of the date of the last party to sign (the “Effective Date”).
