ISA Ref: LP018/F – Blue Light Engagement – Outreach Workers - NACRO PURPOSE To create a system for the formal exchange of information and intelligence between the Police, Lincolnshire County Council and NACRO, with the intention to prevent, detect, and/or reduce crime and anti-social behaviour related to treatment resistant drinkers. The information sharing process forms part of the Blue Light Engagement Project which aims to reduce the negative impact that treatment resistant workers have on Blue Light Services. The project aims to do this by providing intense support to treatment resistant drinkers in order to reducethe amount of police incidents these clients are involved in.
