The Parties acknowledge each other’s and their respective representatives’ authority to enter into and be bound by the terms of this Reservation Agreement (“Agreement”), the purpose of which is for Owner to grant to Reservation Holder a Priority Selection Position for the Phase 1 offering of approximately 16 new homes in a new section of the Espiritu del Mar master development in Los Cabos, Baja California Sur, México tentatively called Valle Espiritu (the “Project”) prior to the offering of homes in the Project to the general public.
