This Cubyt Software and Services Agreement document ("SSA") governs your access to and use of the Cubyt application, its related services, including the Cubyt websites (collectively, the "Services") (together with Services, the "Services"), that are provided by Fluke Electronics Corporation and its subsidiaries or affiliates thereof transacting under such or other brands or in their own names (collectively, "Fluke" or "we" or "us" or “our”). PLEASE READ THIS SSA CAREFULLY. IT CONTAINS IMPORTANT TERMS THAT AFFECT YOU AND YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU ARE ENTERING INTO THIS SSA IN THE COURSE OF CARRYING ON BUSINESS OR FOR BUSINESS PURPOSES (AND NOT AS A CONSUMER).
